Kintbury to Crofton & Hungerford

We did a 26 mile circuit around West Berkshire, starting at Kintbury and straying into Wiltshire. At one point the signs were suggesting we were only 12 miles from Andover, which I found hard to believe.

The Crown & Garter at Inkpen. Time for Tea and cake and only 2.5 miles into our ride!

Graveyard at Inkpen - these are graves of 3 WW2 Germans, whose Dornier bomber crashed nearby

The beam engine at Crofton. This was a steam day, where the boilers were powered up and a BBQ and local beers were on offer.
